Detailed Scope
Site clearing/demolition; 2.0 MG tank on pile foundation; control building; major earthwork; piping and tie-ins; protective coatings; flow meters/valves; concrete vaults/retaining walls/headwalls; roadways; site lighting; CCTV; fencing; electrical; I&C; SCADA; testing/commissioning.
Challenges & Solutions
Critical tank build with 147 concrete piles; sequencing to keep adjacent existing tank operational; tight coordination of piping, electrical, and controls to minimize service disruption.
Safety & Compliance
Approved Trenching & Excavation Plan (all excavations); SWPPP; Emergency Preparedness Plan; full documentation to meet stringent safety requirements.
