Water & Utility Infrastructure

GWA Tank Repair and Bypass Project (GWA3 W19-003-BND)

Location: Island-wide sites, Guam

Rehabilitation of ten aging steel water reservoirs, installation of a bypass system to maintain continuous service, and tie-in to a new pump station. Work includes structural reinforcement, precision welding, lead abatement, corrosion protection, and comprehensive testing to extend service life and reliability.

GWA Ugum Reservoir No. 02 Construction

NCTS PT-1 / PT-3 Ground Antenna and PT Power Substation Construction

Location: Naval Base Guam / Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam

Design-build construction supporting U.S. Navy radar and communications facilities, including MEC/UXO mitigation, ground improvement, 10-ft-thick radome foundations, reinforced ring walls, a dedicated power substation, and long-lead equipment procurement for mission-critical reliability.

Small Business Design-Build Multiple Award Construction Contract (SB-DBMACC)

Location: Guam and Northern Mariana Islands

A $600 million NAVFAC Marianas design-build IDIQ program for new construction, renovation, and modernization of facilities across Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. AIC International was selected as one of ten qualified small-business awardees following a highly competitive evaluation.

The MACC supports design-build and design-bid-build projects for new construction, renovation, and repair across Air Force facilities. AIC International is one of ten qualified HUBZone awardees.
